Not actually a Red IPA, but named after soccer FC Red Bull Salzburg. Crystal clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the big Petrus goblet. Light flowery and straw fragrance. Aromatic with every sip, a light body, and bright and spritzy on the tongue. So crisp and clean, like a better class of Pilsner with a bit more hops. A modest bitterness and flavors of melon, pineapple, and Somehow a better tasting Mosaic hop like I seem to remember from years gone by. This is one of the better IPAs I've had lately. From the 32 oz crowler can purchased at Dana Point Alehouse.
