Handsome amber brew with plenty of foam in the GameCraft Pilsner glass. The aroma is quite inviting with a lemony base and fruit in the nose. I have become a big fan of Rice Lagers but this one is very sweet and a little hoppier than most of them. Flavors of peach, cedar, some resins, and a darker finish. Overall it's highly drinkable but more flavored, not always the ideal for this style. It tastes more like the ideal Blonde Ale-- with some hops to balance the malty flab. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's Brewing. No apparent date.
