GOAL. Brewing

Crystal-clear golden brew with plenty of foam in the Bellegems Bruin glass. Light, crisp, and tangy with a dry finish. Aroma of melon and lime peel with a long nose of straw and cut grass. Dry taste without much of any malt flavor, but highly quaffable. Moderate bitter aftertaste. Overall this is a pleasant sudsy lighter style of hoppy brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at San Diego Wine & Beer. No apparent date.
