Everything you look for in an Irish Stout. This pint of black is dark, creamy, and full of malty and roasted flavors. It is a creamy F***ing pint on Nitro, but do not miss this when it's on cask!

Pint from cask at the small brewery in North Park over St. Patrick’s Day weekend. They had three Irish styles available so it seemed to be the best spot for a first stop. This is super roasty. Heavy on the charred malt and dark chocolate. A bit of molasses and sweet tobacco with a hint of earth. Really smooth from the cask obviously but naturally drinkable. A bit pricey at $9 but for proper cask treatment in the U.S. I’ll happily pay a premium.
