this is outrageously good, one of the best utah beers ive had in awhile and ive been drinking a ton of them. not sure if they are calling this a hazy or not, but its more unfiltered to me, too light to rightly look or feel like a hazy, and maybe not bitter enough to really be a west coast type, but its great ipa wherever you place it in the spectrum, honey colored and off clear, average white head but pretty and intricate web lacing on the edges of the glass, and most importantly, a killer showcase of sabro hops, in all their glory here for sure. the aroma and flavor drip with muddled lemongrass, new wave sativa nuggets, green table grapes, papaya, and tangerine, just awesome, potent without being overdone or harsh, resinous without being too long on the palate or too intense, super fresh too, delicious! the grain is mild in flavor but has some pleasant texture, not toothsome but not too light either, the flavors are summer but there is substance to the beer itself and i like that, good carbonation too makes it really move, and this pint is gone way too fast. best beer ive has from these guys so far, and one of the better sabro beers ive encountered too, they really nailed this. my wife loved it too, and i dig the lower abv with the utah restrictions on this one, drinks almost like a pale, very repeatable!
