Much carbonated beer, perhaps imitating the Cooper version. Nothing special but quaffable. On tap at Summerhill LCBO. Can use more hops.

Unique brew with flavours reminiscent of a saison but with a very light body and flavourful hops thay come through on the finish. Sweet honey and pear notes with yeast esthers and some grassy hops. Lingering bitterness with hints of candi sugar.
