This years rotating fruit saison. It pours an orange tinted gold with a modest head and little lacing. Aroma: phenolic spice with field berries and some esthers. Taste brings out the raspberry - distinct - and lavendar, just a hint. This is a mouthful of flavour wirhout being overwhelming. Signifficant carbonation leaves a refreshing carbonic bite.
