Single can - 473 ml.
Pours a clear amber/caramel colour with finger creamy white head.
Aroma caramel, cereal malt, notes of apple, honeysuckle - floral.
Tastes of bready caramel malt, hints of apple, pear, honey sweetness, yeasty with very little bitterness.
Smooth medium mouthfeel - exceptionally easy to drink on fairly tame carbonation - leaves with a bit of honey sweetness.
Very enjoyable maibock - happy to drink anytime.

Appearance - Pours a deep amber with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - toasted malts, mild earthy, floral, and leafy spicy hops, hint of honey, and earthy spicy yeast.
Taste - toasted malts and honey upfront. The hint of earthy, floral, and leafy hops come through next followed by the earthy spicy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes slightly off-dry with the honey and malts lingering.
Overall - A maibock that displays the flavour of honey very well. I like how all elements of the brew work together with the honey acting as the star of the brew.
