Appearance - Pours a straw gold with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - pineapple, apricot, papaya, bready malts, spicy earthy, floral, and grassy hops, and earthy yeast.
Taste - pineapple, apricot, and papaya upfront followed by a pleasant tartness. The bready malts, spicy earthy, floral, and grassy hops follow suit. The earthy yeast rounds out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation. Finishes sticky with a pleasant tartness alongside the pineapple, apricot, papaya and hops lingering.
Overall - An quaffable kettle sour that displays the tropical fruits of pineapple, apricot, and papaya to a tee. This one is a worth a go if your a fan of the style.
