On cask at Bryden's, surprised to see this here but Bryden's always seems to keep a couple seasonal gems from Ontario available. Into a pint glass, served a little warmer than I was expecting but
Poured a hazy orange, with an off-white head. Tons of retention and lace for the first inch or so, but both completely disappeared after that. Smell was hoppy, piney, and loads of tangerine. Taste was the same, tangerine forward (but not heavy, very muted in that respect) with a touch of pine, spice and rounded out with some nice tropical fruits and a balanced malt base. Mouthfeel was smooth and warming and finished dry, ABV is so hidden here it's ridiculous; was expecting to see a 5-5.5%ABV when I put this up. Drinkability is through the roof on this one, real enjoyable and stands next to Muskoka's Hefe as the brewery's best stuff.

C'est What Spring Fetival A good bitterness, and the carbonation was assertive but appropriate. Tangerine was my main flavour. Midmouthfeel. Would have this again. Serviceable IPA, with hidden a.b.v.Citrus Hops in aroma.Average looks, little head. One of their best efforts yet.
