Had on tap at the taproom
On arrival the head was lacking, and quickly dissipated to almost nothing. Body is a clear golden yellow.
Aroma is incredibly light, carrying only a light hop aroma as well as some yeast character and diacetyl.
Flavor follows the aroma, but since the malt is super pale, the diacetyl and some American hops come through before a sweet and bready finish sets in.
Feel is actually quite drinkable, but with a long finish. Astringent and dry.
Overall, this beer feels thrown together. I'd like to meet the head brewer to see where he comes from, or if he just desperately wants better temp control.
