Pours a hazy ruby color with a massive fluffy pink-white head. Good retention for the style. Leaves a ring of cobwebs around the glass.
Strong aromas of raspberry and cherry, with a sweet cracker malt presence. There's a little raspberry yogurt as well.
The flavor follows the nose: Raspberry, cherry, and light blueberry with a graham cracker malt backbone.
The feel is light bodied with moderately high carbonation. Fluffy and highly drinkable. Needs a bit more carbonation.
Overall, this is a very good Berliner weisse. It comes exactly as advertised, though it's a bit soft for the style.
