Modestman Brewing LLC
IPA- New England / Hazy
Notes:
This collab is showing off seriously earthy, leafy, bitter and tangy hops with golden malted grains of wheat and dried leaves. Subtle papaya, citric, white grape for fruitiness but its very subtle compared to the earthy tones. Crisp, dry snd smooth feel.

16oz undated can.
Pours cloudy yellow with an inch-plus head of white. Unripe peach, pineapple skins, melon rinds in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Pithy citrus on the palate with minimal malt and a balancing bitterness. Hard peaches, pineapple pith. Finishes fairly dry with lingering citrus.
