From a 32oz growler, filled at the brewery 04/08/23. Served in a spiegelau IPA glass.
Pours a moderately-lightly hazed straw-gold with two fingers of head. Retention is pretty good, leaving a sudsy cap and a tattered curtain of lacing.
Nose is sweet and fruity. Aroma of pineapple is prominent.
Taste is juicy, sweet and fruity out of the gate, woody, with pineapple and melon, but quickly bends off into a boozy, greasy, gasoline-like finish.
Feel is bright and juicy, medium bodied with semi-aggressive carbonation. Drying, with the gasoline character translating through to the mouthfeel.
