Absolutely phenomenal sauce, this. I've yet to have a Fidens, but am intimately familiar with Modestman, and have the highest expectations. This one managed to surpass them all. Every aspect of the style dialed - dense, chewy, soft, and way too drinkable.

Pours opaque gold color. Aroma is beautiful sweet orange notes. Flavor is smooth and citrusy, perfectly sweet. Feel is very soft and creamy. There is very little I don't like about this beer. Deserves to be up there with the best of Treehouse. Fantastic job boys!

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned in the last 2 or 3 weeks. Pours a very attractive hazy dark yellow with a solid finger sticky white head that leaves a thick collar of lace, with excellent retention. 4.75
Aroma is white grape, peach, mango, mandarin, and apricot. 4.5
Taste follows the Nelson hits first with white grape, peach, mango, mandarin, and apricot well balanced. 4.5
Mouthfeel is rather large, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 8.5% it goes down extremely easy, but has massive flavor. 4.75
Overall this one is very impressive, the price tag was a tad high at Smoke N Barley in Tilton. I would highly recommend this one. 4.5

A tangy and earthy hop bite hits first. Lemongrass and white grapes in the hop flavor in a subtle way. A sharp, dry bite turns smooth and silky quickly. Grainy and golden hay and field grasses in the finish.
