5 oz pour on tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy (why?) amber color with an off-white head. Aroma and flavor feature pine, citrus, and biscuity malt. Overall it's decent but I was thrown off by the cloudy appearance.

Taster flight at Notch 8. Rich golden pour, clear, wispy head, streaky lacing. Faint citrus aroma, taste comes in with creamy, biscuity malts. Bready and absolutely tasty.

16 ounce draft pour into a nonic pint glass.
L: Clear amber-copper, one inch off-white head, foam fades to a tight collar and wispy cap after a couple of minutes.
S: Low caramel malt and yeast ester aroma.
T: Toasted and caramel malt, earthy notes, a bit of woody bitterness on the back.
F: Medium-weight body, soft and frothy with a medium crisp finish.
O: Decent malty Amber.
