From the small bottle, it pours a clear yellow color with a nice whtie head that slowly reduces to a ring, but leaves lots of lacing. The nose gets an odd scent, nont unpleasant, that a friend described as "meaty" but I would describe as soft, sweeti, .... The taste is also interesting, with a somewhat oily feel on the tongue, bitter and yet easy to drink.
