From the small bottle, it pours a hazy darker amber with a modest light tan head that reduces to a thin layer. The nose gets light caramel and malt. The taste is caramel forward and roasted malts.

Honey color, quite dark. Not so white foam, good and creamy.
Pretty malty smell, but still quite fresh, caramel notes, and almst floral hints, camomile.
Not bad inthe taste too, with some darker malt notes. Fresh and pleasant.
A bit atypical for a kelle, with some chestnut honey notes, quite light.
Malt in the aftertaste, with biscuit notes, almost floral hops notes, and again caramel.
Well balanced and interesting, easy to drink.
