Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- Pours deep amber going on pale brown, clear, with a 2mm pale tan head of fine foam. [holding well @+10mins].
S- Mild, just some light toasty grain for me.
T- I've opened this straight from the fridge, I now wish I'd have given it a while out to get the hard chill off first as I can tell the chill is suppressing it for now. [... waiting patiently for 10mins...]. Ok now it's a bit less cold I'm noticing some notably toasty malts bringing some richness. The hops are very well balanced (and trad of course) so I just get a hint of hoppy-dryness into the finish.
F- If I 100% blind-tasted this I might think it a dark English ale.The depth of malt is over that way. - Also carbonation in the mouth is very good.
O- Very nice, very refined. Nothing out of place or balance. Eminently sessionable, esp. in colder months as it's quite boldly flavoured.
Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed!
500ml bottle BB: 08/12/21 £3.15 Bought from TremblingMadness, York/UK as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.

A: Amber, reddish brown in colour. Fairly clear, medium sized slightly tanned head which disappeared fairly quickly and left some lacing.
S: Faint malt, didn't have an overly prominent aroma.
T: Sweet dark chocolate, hint of berries, no real bitterness.
M: Medium body, low carbonation.
O: Nice Frankonian Red lager, not too complex, but subtle.
