A combination of late hop additions and a generous amount of dry hopping produces a floral yet subtle nose. A clean, bitter finish with a touch of sweetness rounds out this ale perfectly.

This was gifted to me in January 2025, and I drank it in April of that year.
L: The beer is bright amber yellow with a half-centimetre bright white head. Lots of tiny bubbles race up the glass in orderly columns.
S: Rich malt and pithy citrus.
T: The taste is pithy citrus peel with a somewhat dank, citric bitterness. The bitterness sits on the back of the tongue after the swallow. The finish is dry and quenching.
M: Carbonation is medium on the beer, while the body is full and rich.
O: This is a nice pale ale that sits towards the bitter end of the spectrum, and with just a touch more alcohol, it would sit comfortably in the IPA category. At the same time, that bitterness means it's probably not a beer I'd go for when searching for a pale ale to spend an afternoon with.
Cheers!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
