Silverback Oatmeal Stout

Poured on tap at the Kweza taproom in Kigali. The beer is an opaque brown. Smell is roasty with hints if bakers chocolate. Coffee beans - dark fruits, hazelnuts. Very distinct aroma. Taste is smoky with toasted nuts and roasted malts. Chocolate throughout. Smoked meat in the finish, alongside a slight medicinal taste. But overall very solid stout. A wide range of flavors and very different for this area. Excellent.
