As the blizzard rages on, There is one brave warrior keeping a watchful eye over the snow covered lands. Introducing the protector of the realm ( Winter Knight ) our Chocolate Raspberry Vanilla Sour Stout. We kettle soured a rich 6.5% Chocolate stout. We added Cocoa Powder to the whirlpool along with Raspberry Puree and Vanilla Syrup after fermentation. Defend the frozen North and join the violet owl's sour crusade!
