This beer isn't your average garden variety. Chillin' With My Gnomie is a collab with my friend Scottie from my home brew days who has a fantastic garden he tends to every year. This sour is brewed with fresh rhubarb cut that morning along with Cascade and Chinook hops straight from Scottie's garden! We also mashed in Biscuit malt to give it a pie crust flavor as well as lactose to balance the strawberry puree. Garden meets Kettle in a flavor explosion of sour rhubarb and sweet as sin strawberry!
