This weizen is a bright yellow color with a cream colored head and cloudy body. The aroma is mild but mainly a citrus like nose. The texture is thick and creamy. The taste is almost more like a wit than a weizen. It almost tastes like they put orange peel and coriander in the boil. The flavor is great although I would not say it is traditional.
