Pours a straw color that's a little on the dark side. Crystal clear with three inches of white foam that falls to a respectable cap and thick ring. Very nice looking beer.
Aroma is slightly sweet bready malt, a little bit grassy/straw, floral, and a pleasant lemongrass.
Leads with sweetbread- like malt on the flavor. There's a little grassiness and some nice floral notes. The lemongrass pops in late in the taste and there's a tad bit of pepper after the swallow.
A little towards medium bodied, maybe a little heavy for a pilsner. Finish is crisp and fairly dry. Very light bitterness.
Overall, this is a good, straightforward pilsner. The ding for me is it just touches on the hop character of a German pilsner. It's there, just not prominent. Not a beer I'd ever be upset about drinking.

Poured from an undated 16 oz can into the test glass
A - nice clarity, dark straw color, thin white cap recedes quickly
S - Sweet notes, with a grainy thread, matched with nice grassy hop element
T - Right down the middel, hops offset the solid malt bill, Added bonus a hint of lemongrass
M - Light on the palate, crisp dry finish
O - A fine Pilsner, with enough going on the keep it interesting, will try again

From a 16oz can dated 06282024 into a 20oz pint glass.
Pours a translucent pale straw color with about one finger of white head. Great retention and lacing.
Pretty powerful pop of fruity aroma on the crack of the can, mainly berries. Some floral notes as well with some light breadiness and lemon on warming.
Floral and fruit/berry in the taste as well although somewhat subdued. Bread and lemon with light crisp peppery notes.
Pretty full-bodied for a pils. Slightly dry finish. Not much of an aftertaste, maybe light lemon.
Very interesting pils.
