16oz can served in a tulip. Pours a bright, translucent yellow with a loose, quarter inch bright white head that slowly recedes into a swirl and then ultimately dissipates into a small slick. Nose reveals notes of Belgian yeast, and Candi sugar. Taste follows nose with a slightly herbal/medicinal bitterness. Mouthfeel is light in body with an assertive carbonation. Overall, very pleasant and a nice example of the style.
