Our US hopped American Pale Ale has a well rounded malt backbone for a good body and amber colour, similar to the classic American Pales such as Sierra Nevada. The malty sweetness working in harmony alongside the trio of hops, Cascade, El Dorado and Centennial.

Pours a semi clear amber with soft head.
Smell is crisp and bready with notes of citrus, toast and pine.
Taste is bready, light and a bit buttery. Notes of toast, citrus and pine with some floral hints. Soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice APA, really enjoyable on cask.
