Poured into an nucleated stemmed pint glass
P pours a beautiful clear chestnut color with reddish hues; tiny off-white cap that recedes quickly
N soft nose; some grainy sweetness w/ a touch of bright grassiness
T grainy and bready malts, supplemented by a bit of toffee w/ some stickiness; tangy plum in the finish; simple and tasty; alcohol well-hidden
Mf full-bodied and satisfying w/ med carb
O a really nicely-done scotch ale
