A: Pours dark brown, nearly black; A tan head rises to about a finger. That recedes and light lace is left behind.
S: Darker and lightly roasted malts in the nose. Baked bread, light coffee. Simple and to the point.
T: Again, the slightly darker and roasted malts are the show. Some bakers chocolate even. Simple and enjoyable enough, without being exceptional or very nuanced.
M/O: A medium body and moderate carbonation. Not much more to say on that end. Though, a nice enough offering to come back to.

A fine, if average porter offering. Though doesn't hold a candle to the namesake Samuel Smith Taddy Porter, which I'm assuming they are going for with the name. Though good enough to have a few at the brewery if in the mood.
