Pale gold colour, fairly cloudy even for a weissbier, typical aroma, though maybe a hint of sourness there. Good tight head when poured, though did not last a long as with some. Good clean crisp taste, a little drier in the after-taste than some Weissbiers, maybe lighter in texture too, but certainly not thin. Typical 'banana' and cloves spice hints in the taste, very pleasant. Easy to drink, not too carbonated, refreshing and tasty, though I would not consider it as one of the best German Weissbiers, but definately worth trying.

Pours with straw-colored yellow, hazy and with two finger of foam. Smells of sour bread and a streak of citrus. It's pretty fizzy, or spritzig as they say in Germany. Too much carbonation for my taste. Ther taste is of yeast and sweet white bread with some bitterness. It's a one of the better light weissbier I have tasted. It's refreshing and I suppose it could work well as a "prickellnder" party beer.

The colour is yellow-orange; the liquid is cloudy. The large head is white and compact.
The smell is fruity with a notorious sour note of wheat bread and sweet apples.
The taste is very fresh, with just the right body not watery, nor overwhelming. The first earthy note is replaced by a sour fresh flavour that develops into a sweet note of sour apples and even some white loaf. The aftertaste got a long creamy and balanced taste of dry apples and even some pineapples.
The carbonation is good with lots of very small bubles.
Overall, this is a fine Weissbier!
