Copenhagen 14/5 2018. 33 cl chubby bottle from Edeka in Damp. Rustic, German village on the label.
Pours clear, pale yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as a thin flimsy patchy layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is of sweet malts and bread.
Soft yet prickly carbonation. Thin watery texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by weaker bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and fairly short.
A very unremarkable pilsner.

Bought during a visit to Kassel, Germany. Not a lot of head and what there was quickly dissipated. Did not have the hops taste I normally associate with a German Pilsner, especially from this part of Germany. A beer you cold drink after mowing the lawn on a warm day but not one I would need to try again.

A: Pours straw-colored with a large light white head. Rather nice lacings.
S: Grassy malt, semi-sweet. Some bitterhops, but very mild.
T: More malt (sweet) than hops. Actually tastes much more like a Dortmunder than a Pilsener.
M: Long bready aftertaste. Body is light while carbonation quite offensive.
O: Very annonymous - more like a Dortmunder than a German Pilsener - where are the bitter hops???

Clear, thin dark yellow. Very little head. 1/4" immediately after the pour, quickly reduced, although still bubbling.
Smells stronger than it tastes, but that's a good thing. It's just on the lighter side of German Pilsners.
Not special, but certainly pleasant. Would buy again.

I had to write thoughts down when I drank it. Went to the grocery store in the pedestrian area and just grabbed a few, This one was one of them I tried. Not very knowledgeable on German beers so it was a fairly random selection.
Anyway just like most here it was in a .5l bottle It poured in a glass with a very small head that dissipated into almost nothing after a few seconds. It was straw colored and tasted like a pils should I guess with nothing much extra. Wasn't too watery, and was fairly drinkable.
was ok
