Hazy whitish orange color with a thick head with good retention and leaving scattered traces.
Nice aroma with notes of mango biche, passion fruit, pine and a hint of yellow fruits.
Flavor with notes of pine resin, passion fruit, mild lychees, grapefruit and ginger. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Its 27 IBUs relatively on the lower end were not wasted here.
Light to medium velvety body with appropriate carbonation.
Very good NEIPA with assertive pine resin, spicy and tropical notes. Good surprise. I would only depart from a higher OG to beef up a bit abv to match with its quite velvety body. So that it becomes a wolf (lobo) dressed in sheep´s clothing.
