look: 4.5 | smell: 4 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 3.5
Pours black with dense tan head with excellent retention and thick lacing. Aroma is roasted malts, bits of sourness.
Taste is roasted malt, bitter chocolate that turns much sweeter towards the finish, slightly reminds of licorice. Slowly drying aftertaste. Mouthfeel is very gentle and creamy, rather low carbonation.
Overall, drinkable Stout, but seems to be a bit dull.

The colour is pitch-black; the low compact head is pale beige.
The smell is loaded with coffee and roasted malts, some rye and oatmeal porridge. It is creamy.
The taste is roasted with a hint of smoke; it is overall creamy and soft. Notes of coffee, filling flavours and a hint of beef stock. The aftertaste is a little short, but it makes it more gulpable.
The carbonation is mild, the liquid very smooth.
A nice British stout with interesting notes of oat. Clean, nice and highly drinkable.
