Had the Helles Lager at Hello Monty/Dynamo Brewing, Chattanooga, on draft into pokal.
Pours bright gold with creamy 1-finger off-white head, with good retention, leaving chunky lace down the glass. Aroma of bready malt and noble hop aromas of grass, mild spice and a hint of tart stone fruit off pour, which aromas continue, with the fruit growing as warms. Begins sweet malt, nicely carbonated with a little tart stone fruit, over a creamy body, carrying into a mouth-filling, malty, creamy, and a bit fruity but herbally crisp finish.
Beautiful creamy head delivers a notably fruity, satisfyingly creamy and substantially malty helles, with a nicely crisp finish.
