A traditional German lager, our Festbier is golden in color with a subtle malt character of cracker and toast. Mild hop bitterness.

Had Dynamo's FestBier poured from pint can, label handwritten filled "23.09.14," into seidel.
Pours amber-gold with clarity and 1-finger near-white head, which quickly drops to a persistent ring, and leaves only a few specks of lace. Aromas of sweet malt and (mostly tart) orchard fruit off pour, and continuing. On tasting, begins sweet, mildly-toasted malt, then herbal bite with some (mostly tart) orchard fruit, which carry into a still substantially malty, and a bit sticky, yet also drying, herbally crisp and fruity finish.
A shade darker and somewhat maltier than most Festbier examples (I've had), but still on style, and nicely fruity and crisp.
