An English bitter is defined as the perfect marriage of English malts, English hops and English yeast and we stuck to tradition on this one using 100% English ingredients. Approachable and sessionable, with notes of biscuit and bread, and high fruit esters provided by the yeast. 33 IBUs.

Draught pour into a Tulip pint at the brewery.
L: Clear amber, small short-lived white head, foam ring stays almost for the duration of the glass.
S: Subtle nose, bread malt, vague fruity esters (British Ale Yeast?)
T : Light flavor, moderate bitterness, well attenuated, malt flavor is bready leaning toasty malt, woody hops, hints of caramel, opening with a touch of sweetness and shifting to a more dry overall impression.
F: Light and crisp, carbonation is on the high side, a bit chalky, slight creamy feel rises as carb bite fades.
O: Enjoyable, easy drinking and refreshing, subtle character, a true session beer, seems a good traditional example.
