The bravura of Bubii Manor invites you on a journey through the labyrinths of history!
Manor Bubiai began to take shape after the last one in 1795, when Russian Empress Ekaterina II gifted Bubius, as well as the entire surroundings of Šiauliai, to her lover Platon Zubov. After his death, the estate was inherited by his brother Dmitry Zubov, and later by his son Nikolay Zubov. During the reign of Dmitriy Zubov, the farm of Bubiai Manor was reoriented to animal husbandry, animal husbandry and dairy schools were established.The activity of the Zubov family of Platiašakė counts continued in Lithuania for two centuries - a whole era.
in 2006 UAB "Averita" purchased the main building of the manor. The manor is resurrected to a new life. The four-star "Grafo Zubovo" hotel-restaurant with a wine cellar is located in one of the reconstructed buildings of Count Zubovo's estate. In another building, there is a mini SPA, where you can enjoy a steam bath, an infrared sauna, and a renovated swimming pool with underwater massaging currents.

In order to improve the buildings and environment of the manor even more, we purchased the unused premises of the Bubiai Manor, which require reconstruction.

At the moment, the rooms of this manor rise like a phoenix from the ashes. Reconstruction works are underway. The walls of the future Bravor are renewed, keeping the 19th century of this building. authenticity of stone masonry with decorative elements. Count Zubov's manor in Bubiai is included in the list of protected cultural heritage objects.
