FULL-BODIED, NUANCED.
Selected Pilsner malt makes for a full-bodied beer, while caramel malt lends the colour a sparkling hint of amber. The specially selected hop varieties give the Thalheim Märzen a wonderful hop bouquet with green-grassy nuances and a very delicate, extremely pleasant tangy-bitter tone in the finish.

This was better than their Pils but still a bit too weak for a marzen. It is not bad but it lacks all the excitement a good beer has. It lacks that hoppy character marzens usually have. Makes me think again that these guys are a mineral water company and not a brewery. Well, nuff said.
