Sombra Negra packs a big flavorful malt profile with the drinkability of a lighter lager. Notes of caramel sweetness and toasted nuts excite the palate and gives way to a refreshingly dry finish that doesn’t get in the way of your next sip or bite. We find this lager is amazing on its own or when paired with barbeque and grilled food. It is the ideal counterpart to our brewery favorite: Sombra Mexican Lager.
