This beer was aged for 15 months in a J. Reiger barrel. We dropped 13+ pounds of coconut on roughly 46 gallons of stout to create such amazing and complex flavors of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel, and roasted notes with just enough coconut to not be a Mounds Candy Bar.

Unbelievably well balanced BA imp stout with great palate heft; a complex chocolate/cocoa/coconutty/roasty/vanilla/malty mouthcoating flavor; a smooth but present 10.3% strength & a warming, bourbony/whiskyish, lingering aftertaste. Nice aroma too.
