330 ml bottle. 4.5% ABV. (From notes).
Appearance: Dark red-brown color with a creamy and durable tan head that leaves the glass partly coated with foam.
Aroma: earthy hops; faint off-notes.
Taste: nearly as hoppy as malty; mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied with medium carbonation.

A - Amber with zero CO2 activity. This beer raises an immediate head that dies very quickly and leaves light cover with minimal lace.
S - Mild biscuit malt and pear with wild lemon hop followed by some light apple notes.
T - Biscuit malts again with a nice mild fruit tea flavour like an apple green tea with notes of lemon and a mild bitter hop finish.
MF - A little thin to be honest, it seems to have a watery finish and a slight leaning towards metallic.
Overall - This beer seems decent enough. I drank it in the late Autumn in Ireland which is clearly not the best time to have this. I suspect that had I drank this on the long summer evenings the brewers suggest the review may have been higher. I will endeavor to put this hypothesis to the test next year.
