Bottle conditioned. Clear, deep chestnut colour with a light tan, bubbly head.
A sweet and malty aroma with some caramel.
Sweet again upon tasting with a toasted brown bread bitterness.
A decent carbonation for a bottle conditioned beer. Full bodied.
A really good representation of the style.
