Taproom pour, in a pint glass. Served chilled.
Dark brown colored body. Long lasting light tan head. Leaves behind strings and webs of lacing.
Faint aroma of roasted malts, with a touch of piney hops.
The majority of the taste is roasted malts, which are slightly sweet and only mildly bitter. The hops sit in the background and bring slight sweetness and more resin. Aftertaste is Mellow and dark resin.
Medium mouth feel. Dry finish. Very good carbonation.
Sticks to the style, but somewhat underdeveloped. On par for a relatively new brewery, and looking forward to new brews.
