Canned 5/30/25: A new-to-me DIPA that is less than one month old.
Look: Super cloudy, looks like muddy water with a large amount of sediment which forms a layer at the bottom of the can and glass.
Smell: Strong hop smell, pleasant
Taste: Bitter flavor from the hops with a bit of malt taste
Feel: Smooth, as was to be expected from an IPA of this abv. Tingly feeling in back of throat while swallowing. Very nice.
Overall: As mentioned, a large amount of sediment for a beer less than one month old. Makes me wonder how poorly this would look after a few months. Good, strong bitter flavor, but too much malt flavor for a beer this old. Enjoyable to try, but I wouldn't purchase any more.
