Golden colour, slightly iridescent. White foam, high, reduces quite quickly to a layer of about 1.5 cm and stays that way, quite long.
Fruity aroma, but covered by a rather strong caramel note, which definitely rules here.
Taste intensely dry. The bitterness is a strong point of this beer, even though it does not blend in any way with the rest of the attributes of this drink. It has an herbal character.
Medium saturation upwards. Texture rough. Body on a medium-low level. Aftertaste long dry.
