Amber colour, clear. White foam, medium-high, not persistent. Melts to a thin rim and a fine sheepskin on the surface of the liquid.
Aroma malty, sweet with spice and earthy notes. Very delicate fruity accents (red fruits) in the background.
Taste distinctly bitter with a malty, sweet background. The bitterness has a spicy and earthy character.
Alcohol well hidden. Medium saturation. Body medium upwards. Texture smooth. Aftertaste dry, long.
