Brass Collar Brewing Company

This place opened a couple weeks ago. Located in the old Freight Building by the Train Tracks in Souderton. They did a nice job on the building - sort of an art deco vibe. small space inside - black marble bar with about 10 seats, two tables, a drink rail along the remainder of the back wall, and a window to order food (separate food business has a kitchen). There are a bunch of picnic tables outside on the patio, some under cover. So it nicer weather there will be much more room. 12 beers on draft, right now until they get beer ready they half the taps are guest taps from other localish breweries. A knock is they are serving the beer in plastic cups, hopefully that is a temporary thing. The 3 beers I tried (Kolsch, Marzen, and an Imperial Stout were all solid
