Pours a chill hazed gold with 2 fingers of cream-colored head. Great head retention & lacing
S: Bready, a little grassy, fairly subdued
T: Follows the nose, malt is dry & pronounced, some woody hops as well up front. Dryness, woody & grassy hops with just a little malt sweetness & just a hint of tangerine as this beer warms up. Finishes dry with woody bitterness, a little bitter citrus & grassy notes
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation, decent balance
This a very old school West IPA, drinkable but nothing out of the ordinary. This beer would've been all the rage 30 years ago
