We were quite liberal with this dry hop, using over 5 lbs/BBL of Citra from Loftus Farms in Washington and Chinook from Crosby Farms in Oregon. A single malt bill of Pilsner from Admiral Maltings creates a nice neutral base to allow the hops to shine, showcasing grapefruit peel and melon notes.
