It’s an amazing time of the year – a time to Fest with friends! We decided to keep this beer simple, using one of our favorite malts in the world: Feldblume from Admiral Maltings in Alameda, California. We also used our favorite lager hop: Saaz from Elk Mountain Farms in northern Idaho.
